Why should I have the attorneys at SubmitMyTickets.com handle my traffic tickets?

Many people don't realize that when you receive a traffic ticket and just pay the fine you are pleading guilty to a crime or a citation, depending on how you were charged. Pleading guilty to some of the most common charges, such as speeding, traffic signal violation, failure to signal and no insurance, will result in a conviction on your record and points to be assessed against your driver's license. Too many points on your driver's license will cause your driving privileges to be suspended or even revoked. As if that isn't bad enough, your insurance company can raise your insurance premiums just for having a conviction on your record.

By hiring our Missouri traffic attorneys to fix your tickets you may be able to avoid points and insurance rate increases. The Prosecutor will likely amend the charges against you to a lesser charge based upon your unique circumstances. And lastly, most of our clients NEVER have to appear in court.

How long will it take to resolve my Missouri traffic ticket?

The time it takes to resolve a Missouri traffic ticket varies greatly depending on which Court your charges were filed in, what the charges against you are and if you have an out-of-state driver license. Generally, when our Missouri traffic attorneys enter an appearance on your case we will ask the Court to continue your case from its current court date so that the Prosecutor has time to review your file. Depending on how often that particular court holds a traffic court session each month and the volume of cases the Prosecutor is handling and reviewing, your case could be continued for several weeks.
