If you change your mind and want further communications to be sent in a different fashion, please notify us at once. Please note that e-mail communication may not be a secure method of communication because persons not participating in our communication may intercept our communications by improperly accessing your computer or my computer or even some computer unconnected to either of us which the e-mail passed through.

We CANNOT accept any case submission via internet/email/fax that is less than twenty-four (24) business hours prior to your scheduled Court date. If your Court date is less than 24 hours away, please call the office for immediate assistance at (314) 894-7900.

In order to process your case and/or payment, we are required to collect personal information from you. This information may include your contact information, billing information, and other information about your case. We will use this information collected to fulfill your requests for services, to process payments, to otherwise facilitate your case, and/or to enforce or apply the terms of this Agreement.

We may send you occasional advertisements and coupons from our company only, but will never sell or share your information to anyone else except for the purposes described above.
